Earl offers leadership coaching, implements equity initiatives in organizations and agencies, and coaches impacted and BIPOC leaders. He is an advocate for systems change and non-hierarchical leadership approaches. As the CEO of Restorative Community Solutions, Earl focuses on coaching and legal advocacy for incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, striving to create equitable and supportive environments for all
Erin Kennedy, JD, Principal
Erin is a lawyer and nonprofit leader who utilizes her professional expertise to consult with grassroots organizations and agencies that serve people and communities affected by incarceration. She offers consulting services on nonprofit and small business formation, compliance, risk management program design and evaluation, HR, and more. Erin is nimble and innovative, capable of conducting organizational evaluations and providing tailored recommendations.
As the Director of Programs and Legal Strategy at Restorative Community Solutions, Erin innovates around alternatives to the traditional legal system.
